This project entitled “Barangay Banco Record Management

System” was developed using NetBeans. This system provides

the advancement of processing documents, storing and keeping

records that contain secured information and accessible

storage for the Barangay Banco that will surely aid the

employee inside the Barangay Hall. By using this system, it

allows the barangay officials to avoid manual works or paper

based, managing the data and information of the barangay and

also the transactions will be more organized, more efficient

on their work to lessen human error, balance the time and to

be able to sustain the informations that the whole barangay

needed in most efficient manner.

Barangay Banco Record Management System allows users

streamlining existing administrative process to record the

data. Furthermore, the system developed to automate the

management of barangay household, records of those residents

vi
who get certificate, indigency, blotter, and complaints.

This system also shows the list of barangay officers.

Developers utilized the available data from the barangay and

conceptualize the entirely of the system. It benefits the

barangay officers because they can easily find or access the

information of the occupants in a convenient way without

spending too much waiting in a period of time.

This system was developed with the help of XAMMP to

connect the database. It contains a user’s interface that

can only have a full access to this system when logging in.

Waterfall Development Methodology (WDM) was used as

developmental model.
