1. Based on your understanding, differentiate the concept between crimes under


legal point of view and sociological point of view.

“Under legal point of view “is from the words of legal means authethic in eyes of
law. A side from that if you are doing any kinds of act, publicly or personally
which you believe might have dire consequence on the outcome, you can give
legal opinion by stating if that that person doing the right or the wrong act.

“sociological point of view” Sociological point of view or perspective. Its deals


with a point if view looking towards social world and its relation with human
behavior
2. Give examples of crimes according to the law violated.

Theft. This refers to stealing or taking away someone else’s property with the
intent to permanently deprive them of it. It includes shoplifting, pickpocketing,
taking art from a museum, stealing electronics, and any other situation where one
person takes something that belongs to someone else.

Robbery. A Robbery is a theft plus the use of force, or the threat of the use of
force, in commission of flight from a theft.

Burglary. Otherwise known as breaking and entering, burglary involves forcibly


entering a home or business with the intention of stealing property or committing
any other felony.

Arson. Purposely or deliberately setting fire to property not belonging to the


individual, or setting fire to one’s own home or property in order to collect
insurance
3. Compare the White-Collar Crimes from Blue Collar Crimes.

White-collar crimes are refers to financial crimes committed In an ‘office’ from


the words itself “white collar” it means as a label for certain types of job (as
opposed primarily to ‘blue collar’) white-collar jobs are the jobs for which you’d
traditionally wear a white button-down dress, so the person who commits
white-collar crimes are, (accountant, lawyer, financial advisors, etc.) white-
collar crimes mostly committed by the higher social class.

Blue-collar crimes refer to crimes most likely committed from lower social class
blue-collar crimes are mostly happened in streets such as ( drugs crimes, theft
crimes, violent or even a murder, prostitution)
Blue-collar cases happened because lack of finances so they commit crimes in
order to live.
