To whom it may concern,

Greetings!

I wrote this letter to inform you that I would like to change from Pag-IBIG to in-house financing in

regards of paying my purchased house. This is also to emphasize that I will pay the said purchase through

in-house financing in a span of 10 years. Moreover, I would also like to take this opportunity to request

changes in my marital status, changing it from married to single.
