PROPOSAL PROJECT OF THE LOCAL STUDENT COUNCIL OF

COLLEGE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN COLLABORATION WITH THE

SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT OF UDM

For the upcoming starting of classes this August 22, 2022, the Supreme student Government has
given the LSC-CBA a chance to have their own booth to showcase what their college has got to
offer. This booth will represent every organization under the College of Business Administration.
The LSC believes that pictures paint a thousand words, and they want to capture every feeling
and reaction of our students, especially our freshmen. The LSC came up with the idea of having
a Photo Booth. They are hoping that this booth will be approved because they believe that it
could stand as a bridge for our student to connect with each other more and aside from that, the
photos that they will be receiving will be a memory for them to remember and cherish forever.
The photo booth will have to varieties; 1. A polaroid picture captured from an Instax camera.
2. Pictures that are taken with a cellphone that can be edited in the polaroid frame and printed.

The first option will cost 60 pesos per polaroid picture. The income that this booth will receive
will be listed down as LSC’s funds to be used only for future school project purposes. One pack
of empty polaroid frames costs 400 pesos (a pack contains 10 frames) that will be bought directly
from the Fujifilm store. The LSC is planning to buy two packs that will cost 800 pesos in total. If
each pack contains ten empty polaroid frames, the LSC will gather a total income of 1200 pesos
and a revenue of 400 pesos. The computation is attached below:
For the second option, any group of students will be given a span of 5 minutes to capture
unlimited pictures using the LSC’s chosen cellphone. From that, they will choose at least two
pictures that will be edited in a polaroid frame, printed, and will be releasing the printed pictures
the next day. This option will cost 30 pesos. If ALL SHEETS ARE AVAILED, the LSC will
gather a total income of 4800 pesos and a revenue of 4360 pesos. The computation is attached
below:
