Duties:
Follow up 5-week shipping schedule in order to achieve shipment on time.
Contribute to master plan (5 weeks ahead) and update changes for production
Department to use.
Reschedule production plan if there are changes from HW, WW Department to meet
customer requirements
Track material delivery process (White wood delivery) and high-light issues that affect
shipments.
Schedule WW delivery from Subcon and allocate to FIN schedule
Coordinate with Production Department to resolve daily issues
Give warnings to Production Dept. about Hot list (BO/DQ/Initial) to deliver shipment on
time.
Check and response any request from CS.
Other assigned duties.
Subcon schedule follow up:
Schedule subcon WW delivery to align with shipping schedule.
Follow strictly with PUR/Subcon to ensure delivery on time.
Arrange with WH team to book the truck & hangtag on product.
Work with Subcon/PUR when WW need to be repaired.
Give warnings about Hot BO in advance to avoid any delay.
Check with PUR/Subcon if customer requests Pull/push/cancel order
Perform delivered WW report.

Promotion Criteria

Mốc: Follow up production schedule and WW subcon allocation is my key role. I have to deal
with difficulties while working with other suppliers such as overdued delivery, inventory overload,
errors during delivery process, etc. To tackle these problems, I’ve tried to interact and
communicate with suppliers, production dept., inventory dept to figure out solution and take
action when problems arise .
The specificity of RSC is Make to order (MTO). This type of manufacturing strategy is
referred to as a pull-type supply chain operation because products are only made when
there is firm customer demand. So, Based on Forecast we will build production plans and
strategies with resources. Besides, assessing the factors affecting the supply chain
including: Raw materials, labor, suppliers, ... find solutions to ensure stable supply.
I also got the difficult with my task when I follow up WW subcon. There are many problems regart to
space issue, the delivery late, incorrect label,..I had to coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Suppliers
to ensure minimize shipment pushing.
Mốc: When a new planning staff comes in, I would try to help them get understanding on the
current process by sharing my knowledge and experience so that they could quickly adapt to
new working environment, avoid mistakes and errors and interact better to other related
departments

Whenever I was assigned a new task, I would love to brainstorm and organize the task as much
as I could at first and then I would take my senior colleagues’ advice to make sure that I handle
the task in the most effective way. I enjoy new challenges which makes my work more
interesting and also helps me to explore new potentials inside of me.
