IDP Progress Tracking Database for the Zambia BU

The database Averages the progress reported for all locations and the BU covered in the database.

As you expand the individual sites there is more detail:

But you will only be able to see the people that work for you or in your chain of authority.
You can then select yourself or your subordinates by double clicking to review the IDP and progress notes made
by the employee.

To create a new entry just click “New Document” on the main page and an entry template will open and you
can use the pull downs to fill in the information using the Address Book from Lotus Notes:
During the year, each employee will need to make comments on the IDP progress and indicate the relative
completion of their IDP. Their Manager/supervisor can then review and validate the progress. Updates are
typically done at least quarterly and monthly during the 4th Quarter of the year.

Remember to click the Save icon to register the changes in the database.
