You can do it
- multi-tasking while studying,try to remove distractions ,be mindful of what you're doing.
What I have learned
- Among of my study habits, I don't get easily distracted by other things because of the fact that I only
focused on what I am doing now.
How are you ? I hope you're doing fine , I miss being with you , I also miss listening in your problems in
life,
I hope we'll meet again and so I can hug you , but it's just sad thinking that it may take more months to
meet you ,because of this Covid 19 that roams the world.
What are you doing? During this pandemic ? I hope you and your family are safe and I hope you're not
bored . I have something to tell you about my routines.
Which are:
1. I help in the household chores
2. I watch k-dramas and anime
3. I wash my hands regularly like 5 times a day or more
4. Chatting with my friends through Facebook messenger
5. Chatting with my family talking about chismiss and etc.
APPLICATION:
- My new learning this pandemic is to keep myself and my family healthy by eating nutritious foods and
exercising everyday to keep my body in shape and also doing household chores
- I can apply learning by understanding what you can do to protect yourself,specially your family and
your friends.
Module 2: calming down and Managing one's Emotions
ANALYSIS:
- The point of catching , checking and changing your feeling is to practice ways to manage one's Emotion
like Calming down and to be able to practice reforming one's Thoughts.
- reforming your thoughts is very important because you need to know what's lacking and what are the
things you needed to do.
ABSTRACTION:
BEFORE (MY FEELINGS DURING THE PANDEMIC)
Worrying, sadness,fear,anger, boredness,irratibility,tired,always feels like im having a bad
day everyday, difficulty to sleep at night, fast hearbeat
AFTER (MY FEELINGS RIGHT NOW)
Faithful,happy,less boredom, excited, energetic
APPLICATION:
- I learned that the feelings that I experience could be .. - could be helpful but others were not but there
some parts that it is good to catch what you feel.
- Identify what is Helpful and what is not , And so I can change my feelings into the one's that helpful to
me.
ANALYSIS:
- It is very important To know whom you can go and who is the person that can help you immediately
If emergency problem comes.
- If something happens but we do not wish it , if emergency come you know the person that will help you
and the person you can ask financial help.
ABSTRACT:
-Yes, I watched news before of how to save money using the Japanese way ( I forgot the term) but it is
really effective and it helps me a lot .
GOD/FAMILY/FRIENDS/FUTURE SELF
- My first source of strength is God he always helps me , he gavee strength in everyday of my life ,
protection that protects me and my family on this pandemic , the second is my family if I need something
they're always there to support me in what I want to be,the third is my friends they always encourage me
in the days that I'm down they help me a lot , the fourth is my future self , thinking of what I am in the
future it encourages me more to go achieve my goal in life .
ANALYSIS:
- I realized that I am similar to the kite who seek to be free.
ABSTRACTION:
- I can be a kite who fly towards the heaven and I am to fly towards my dreams,my goals and my
ambition in my life that I want to achieve .
