Note:

 Get laying list from the office. laying list must

be follow
 Check the slope and purlins spacing if
complying in CSC Standards.
 LTGL must be 3” to 4”
 Use nylon string as a guide line for the
alignment of panel
 Make partial screw and make full tecksrew
after all panel was laid.
 All sidelap and first purlins must be full screw.

Note:

1 ½ Ordcorr lapping recommended use for

under sheeting roof and 2 ½ for primary roof.

DETAIL-A

Note:

 Use 2” Lapping if 24” gutter width and 4” if 24”

above width.
 Use blind rivets 5/32 x ½ spaced @ 1 ½ “ for fixing
of gutter joinst.
 Note:

 Use Type-S spaced @ 0.60m to fasten the flashing

with roofing panel.
 The lapping of flashing should be 4”min
 Fix the lapping of flashing by Blind rivets 5/32 x ½
spaced @ 1 ½ “

Note:

 Use Type-S spaced every rib to fasten the Ridge

Roll with roofing panel.
 The lapping of Ridge Roll should be 4”min
 Fix the lapping of Ridge Roll by Blind rivets 5/32 x
½ spaced @ 1 ½ “
