1. Sign up for door-to-door delivery

2. Create a request for orders that need to be delivered to your door

Your door-to-door delivery request will be created as order. Customers use the
supported order creation feature on the website or mobile app to update full

delivery and courier delivery to the local post office, but there are also units that offer
only home delivery, so creating an order means creating a home delivery request for
that order.

3. The carrier receives the dispatch request

4. Assembling and dividing goods

Once the forwarder receives the orders from the sender, it will deliver the orders to the
appropriate warehouses for convenient delivery to the requested addresses. There will

5. Proceed with delivery
The goods will be transported by the large route allocated to the smaller route and
then delivered to the recipient at the address originally provided for each order.

6. The consignee receives the goods and confirms the successful delivery

ship service, the forwarding agent will collect the money on behalf of the sender and
the freight forwarding company will refund the money collected on behalf of the
sender after that according to the specified days of the week. The sender will only
need to pay the courier fee and the ship COD fee to the ship company.
In each step of the delivery process, the employees of the transporter ensure that the
recording is complete at all stages. This is where the information for the customer's
bill of lading is updated.
