institutional and corporate entrepreneurship. What companies pursue to take more proactive
actions towards innovation is a research question.

Since its founding in 1960, K Tire has placed great importance on IT technology, unlike other
companies. All employees must be qualified in the IT sector after being hired in order to be
promoted. This has become common practice within the company. This norm has become a natural
part of our corporate culture. K Tire has been exploring new ICT technology to be a pioneer. This
norm can inspire risk-taking to keep up with leaders in organizational entrepreneurship.

This relates to corporate entrepreneurship and the creation of its own specific standards relating to
the activities the company undertakes to stimulate innovation and encourage calculated risk-taking
throughout its operations within a framework of responsibility. It can be cultivated both through
organizational entrepreneurship. Our paper contributions demonstrate both the importance of
board members in fostering corporate entrepreneurship and the importance of norms and rules in
fostering institutional entrepreneurship.

like to introduce RFID in car tires at a time when even global market and technology leaders would
not risk such an innovation. I was skeptical. However, the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit of
the entire organization for technological innovation was achieved through the experience of
developing cutting-edge technology, and the determination of the company's management and its
organizational entrepreneurial spirit, which led to the company's small tires. led to his decision to
adopt RFID technology. Technology with unproven effectiveness that has not been widely adopted
in the market. Introducing a new organization where "Special Labs" is a compelling example of
institutional entrepreneurship. To advance RFID technology, board members unanimously agree
to create a new organization amidst failures and unpredictable successes. This decision was made
possible by K Tire's cultural norms of promoting ICT technology. Also, the behavior of the board
of directors at that time can be explained by the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.
Nevertheless, the contribution of this study lies in the fact that it demonstrates the importance of
corporate entrepreneurship and institutional entrepreneurship for the continued growth of the
innovative capacity of firms.
