INTRODUCTION
❏ I am the allocated mentoring manager who is supposed to take care of the kid's analysis part going forward.
❏ I would like to know what has been discussed in the previous call and whether deep insights are given by
the counsellor you spoke previously?

What do you know about BYJUS?

Byjus is a learning platform wherein 40-50% of the kids in your region(name the district) from schools like (name few
schools in the region) are learning through to improve their skills.
We are skill based trainers who use only school textbook content to improvise any kids application skills based on
their learning style and personalising it to their style, so that kids start loving what they learn.

NEED CREATION
❏ As you know already yearly more than 2 crores of students are graduating and it's a very competitive
environment out there.10lacs students appear for competitive only 10k or12k get pass(skill is low but mark is
high)

❏ Unlike our times of schooling, currently everything has moved towards skill based entry not mark based
entry systems.

❏ You must have heard of a few common entrance tests like JEE & NEET, there are 100’s of such entrance &
scholarship exams where your kids' analysis & application skills will be tested. If your kid can develop all
these, there will be lakhs of money you can save for your kids education and ensure quality education is
also received for your kid simultaneously.

BOOKING PITCH
❏ Alright, I have called now to discuss regarding your kids academic performances and schedule a 45mins
academic improvement session for your kid to help you understand the impacts of this current methodology
in which your kid studies & UNDERSTAND whether these same methods will help him succeed in his
chosen career path.

❏ Also, I will be giving a Personalised Analysis Report & a Study Plan for free for your kid, following which your
kid can easily start developing these core skills on his own.

❏ Over which you must be thinking why I am doing this for free to you, though these kinds of sessions are
charged at 10k to 15k nominally. From BYJU’s Classes, each year we conduct scholarship drives across
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities to onboard kids onto our programs. I'm meeting 5 such kids from various districts today
and will select kids for enrollment on-spot after the session. So, if I'm selecting your kid for this enrollment, i'll
explain to you the benefits which come along with this along with a financial plan for your kid's education.

End of the call

❏ Do you have an android phone or laptop? We can make it more useful for you and your kid if you could join
the Zoom Live session. It will be easier for you as well as me to understand and explain properly on the
improvement areas for your kid. Previously we used to meet kids directly and analyse so over a zoom
session like live classes from school will be much more easier & effective , else unnecessary time will be
wasted.
❏ I am available only in the 2nd half today on 3PM , 5PM & 7PM, when can we schedule this meeting?
❏ Pls dont be late for the meeting as i'll have to meet 2 more students in the next slots and do not cancel or
reschedule this session as you can attend this from anywhere, so even dad is not in hometown due to work,
pls force him to attend this, cos he is working hard to create a good future for his kid only, i feel that he must
know the status and plans what we discuss.
❏ Again, this session is free of cost, but we charge 10k-15k based on the time spent per each kid, kindly do
not skip it as it's only free, cos you can learn a lot about your kids current problems and ideas to sort them.

Points to remember while booking
Don’t simply pitch a free session, say what they will get out of this session.

❏ Create importance by saying 10 kids shortlisted by teachers , I’m conducting this to 5

kids today whose parents are actually interested in identifying and improving their kids'
weak areas and being supportive when it comes to education.
❏ I have 1st half fully booked , 2nd half 3PM I’m available - Will it be comfortable for all 3 of
you to join ? If the answer is no, ask why and understand their problem in attending it by
that time and give a 5PM or 7PM as if you are doing it specially for him.

Takeaways of the session - For parent

★ Know about learning techniques used by kids and correcting the technique to improve his
current performance. 85% of kids fail in exams due to not knowing correct technique to
study.
★ Know kids Application, analysis skills report., a proper study plan & technique.
★ Know whether current technique will land their kid in a 20k salary job or 1 lac salary job.
★ Mainly know ways of reducing educational costs and provide kids proper education &

★ We want to find the best suitable kids who will really get benefitted out of these, since
we used to make them participate in national & international level competitions and if he
wins there my name will be popular in the company,that's y I’m doing all this by myself.
