As one of the most awaiting elections of the
country ignites people, it has brought chimes in
every surroundings where each one truly
dedicates their time and effort to bring out their
support of one’s aspiring leaders. Indeed, there is
a need of people who clamor for changes and
reforms after the 6-year Duterte Administration to
be deserted
Make the problems of the country as the main
focus of the voters on who will address these
certain issues especially that it is escalating. This
includes assault on territorial integrity by foreign
power, social injustice between men and women,
rich and the poor, economic inequities, poverty,
unemployment, healthcare inadequacy, poor
standard of education that greatly affect children’s
future and the impact of pandemic which brought
disarray of the people and the government. Red
tagging that leads to political division which
destroys government works and problems that
needs to be resolved is still rampant therefore it
must be known well by voters especially the new
ones which are not familiar. Time and effort in
researching these issues will be considered
sacrifices, and this if for the future…
In these trying times, one must encourage the
citizens to choose presidentiables who will adhere
reassuring words of hope, not despair; optimism,
not cynicism; candor, not lie, because Filipinos
are known to be the people of resiliency.
Moreover, an accountable politician is an essential
requisite in choosing a leader, one who is strong
enough to face all the consequences of every
decision. May we be one of those who inspires
and influences other to be in the right path, and
there will be hope.
Insinuating that voters who have the responsibility
to help shape the quality of political processes and
political discourse to better improve and develop
one’s knowledge about a certain issue for them to
be more educated. They will be the ones to judge
and provide criticism to those who share global
views about certain issues that must be expounded
from the start of a political campaign. Again, this
 is hope.

Ending:
The significance of the 2022 National Election
is a one-time opportunity that should never be
wasted. Its relevance and importance will always
be in our hearts knowing that we once fought for
what we think are the best and deserving leaders
that will lead our beloved country. Hence, the
result will always be based on the majority. We
must trust and believe in their decisions that they
also did their part as a responsible citizen and
voter in this democratic and republic country. At
the end of the day, action still speaks louder than
words and promises as we come to witness the
truth of our decisions. Against all odds and
sacrifices, time and effort will never be wasted.
We know ourselves and even others that we fight
for what is right and just and based on thorough
research and healthy discourses. Above all, we are
Filipinos, known to be the people of resiliency,
having the same aspirations for our country, the
Philippines.
