Tell me about yourself

I am Sagnik Ghosh and I belong from Kharagpur in West Bengal. I did my schooling from DAV Model
School, IIT Kharagpur and went on to pursue my BTech in Applied electronics and Instrumentation
engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata. At Heritage, I was the captain of my
college football team which inculcated the values of teamwork and leadership deeply in me from a
young age. After completing my BTech. I went on to work in the IT sector for a little less than 3 years
with Infosys and a start-up called Apisero. It is at this juncture of my life, I realised that I want to lead
teams and grow my skillset beyond the technical realm of things, Thus I prepared for my MBA and it
led me to one of India’s top B-Schools, SIBM Pune. On a personal front, I come from a close-knit
family of four and I also have a pet dog. My hobbies including playing the guitar, enjoying a game of
chess and passionately supporting my favourite football club, Manchester United.

As a person, I enjoy socializing, I have always stepped up to positions of responsibilities offered to

me and am a persistent worker. What differentiates me is my ability to work under pressure along
with my zeal to prove myself.
