Scenario:

Prime Sports is a sports goods retail store that sells all types of sports products. For last five years,
Prime Sports is facing a continuous decline in its revenues. Mr. Usman, the CEO, has hired a
consultant to analyze the situation and to find out the reason of this decline. After a thorough
analysis the consultant, Mr. Galib, has identified the bad customer service as the main reason of this
decline. In his report, Mr. Galib has highlighted the need for change in the current customer service
procedures of the organization, although, during the initial meeting with the employees, he realized
that the employees were unwilling to accept any shortcoming at their end.

Question:

Keeping in view the Lewin’s three stage model, what steps Mr. Galib should take to bring the
change at each level? (Marks=3+3.5+3.5)
