Summary, Conclusion, and Recommendations

INTRODUCTION
This chapter presents the summary and conclusions of the gathered data from the
respondents as conducted by the researchers in accordance to the topic “Factors Influencing the
effectiveness of social media marketing of small business”. This chapter also contains some
recommendations that maybe applied upon when the future researchers will reuse this topic as
their research topic.

SUMMARY
The statement of the problem was answered using the gathered data from the questioning
portions with the respondents providing enough information to formulate a conclusion. The
respondents’ answers were gathered and analyzed by the researchers using critical analysis,
finally being able to produce a successful outcome of a qualitative type of research.

CONCLUSION
Taking everything into consideration, there is no doubt that the use of social media marketing
even in a small town like the municipality of Alicia will greatly help your business. Not only
does it give your business and product or service publicity, but it also helps you showcase your
product to a larger audience. And since almost everyone uses social media nowadays, the name
of your business is sure to spread among the people. Social media also allows you to create
relationships with people who might not otherwise know about your products and services or
what your company represents.

RECOMMENDATION
For any researchers that want to conduct a research with a similar title of yours, we recommend
that the researchers must have a knowledge in using social medias because based on the results
of the research, it would be a business’ best interest to invest resources in a Social Media
Marketing account on various platforms since it does a number of good things for the business
such as increasing brand awareness, improving the business’ reputation, building and developing
relationships with the customers, and showcasing the product or service. Some tips to improve
marketing through the use of social media are as follows, Using a marketing strategy that stands
out such as starting or joining trends, having a steady supply of content for the customers,
finding the right marketing channels and platforms, and creating ambassadors who can advertise
the product to its fullest.
