EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Warlock Hunter is a thrilling, brutal, gory throwback to the drive-in horror and
action films of the 80's. Filled with intense and unpredictable scenes of
cat-and-mouse masked murders, some high kicking action, and a mystery
involving old ways and the power of ancient cultures being revisited and
used in modern day.
The horror market has been strong for decades, both theatrically and in
home video, with a continued demand that shows no signs of ever slowing
down. In fact, horror has lately been EXPLOSIVE at both the box office and
on VOD and home video. Numerous horror films, both originals and parts of
franchises, have all been super successful and highly profitable.
Warlock Hunter is designed from the ground up to launch an exciting, edgy

franchise that can continue the story in multiple films, as well as participate
in ancillary markets everywhere. From T-shirts, to graphic novels, plushies,
model kits, and more.
Horror franchises are what made many film studios, including New Line
Cinema (Nightmare on Elm Street), Blumhouse (Paranormal Activity),
Universal (All the classic monsters), Full Moon (Puppet Master), Atomic

SYNOPSIS
A pentagram on the floor. Victims bound and gagged. Blood dripping off cut flesh.
A satanic ritual has begun…
Trinity Shepis has had a troubled childhood. Rebellious and fiercely independent
in spirit, she has run away multiple times. Nearing her 18th birthday her parents
hire private investigator, Kade Booker, to find her and bring her home.
Trinity has been hiding out with a bad crowd. Violent. Dangerous. Criminal. After a
brutal fight against them Kade gets Trinity into his custody and takes her back. But
when Trinity arrives home she discovers her parents have been murdered in
sacrificial fashion. The latest victims in a series of brutal killings.
Determined to find out who did this, Trinity hires Kade, and together they go on a
quest to stop this killer from continuing his murder spree.
Little do they know that this hasn’t been the work of an ordinary serial killer, but an
evil Warlock; ruthless, cunning, and capable of performing spells of dark magic.
He’s assembling the artifacts necessary to open a doorway to hell, so that the
ancient deity Baphomet can come forth and unleash hell on earth.

Kade works as a private investigator. He suffers from OCD, and
occupies his mind with complex puzzles – from the ones in puzzle
books to taking on the most difficult cases that others have failed
to solve. His idiosyncratic nature and distrust of authority figures
has led to many conflicts with the police. Kade has made them
look bad, solving cases that they can't or don't want made public.

Ben Demaree is a prolific director, producer, and multi-award winning cinematographer.
With a resume of over 100 feature films, numerous episodes of tv, countless
commercials, and more, Ben has been active in the business for nearly 20 years.
With an early start in journalism working at CBS News as an editor, Ben segued into
film and hasn’t looked back since. He’s worked on productions across all 4 corners of
the United States, as well as abroad having filmed 3 movies in Europe and 1 in Belize.
His work has run the gamut, from award winning dramatic feature films and
documentaries, to heartwarming holiday family films, thrillers, and even cult classic hits
such as the first 3 Sharknado films.
The films Ben has directed have been successful all over the world. Some of them,
such as Ouija House, starring Mischa Barton (The Sixth Sense), Tara Reid (American
Pie), and Chris Mulkey (Twin Peaks), have enjoyed theatrical releases in numerous
countries. Other films that he has directed have had repeat airings on cable channels
such as Lifetime, SyFy, Ion, and the Zone, as well as strong sales on dvd and
streaming services.

Justin Hawkins was born in Minneapolis MN. Upon graduating from the University of
Minnesota, Hawkins produced two independent features, Prick and Once Upon a Time in the
Midwest. Film Threat called Prick, which Hawkins also wrote and directed, "a solid indie
drama, with comedic levity." Once Upon a Time in the Midwest, co-written by Hawkins, was
hailed by The Examiner as "reminiscent of the filmmaking styles of Quentin Tarantino, Guy
Ritchie, and even a touch of David Lynch."
After moving to LA Hawkins co-produced Watch This, an award-winning drama starring

Harrison Page (Lionheart) and Donzaleigh Abernathy (The Walking Dead); co-produced
action/adventure Fallen Cards, featuring Chris Mulkey (Captain Phillips), Brandon Molale
(Gangster Squad), and Eddie Steeples (My Name is Earl); wrote and co-produced the
supernatural thriller Ouija House; wrote and produced supernatural thriller, Dolls, starring Dee
Wallace (The Howling); and most recently produced the heart warming family film Gambler’s
Choice.
Outside of film Justin also serves as producer and showrunner for "Spy Ninjas" - a family
friendly YouTube series that has over 44 million subscribers, and 15 billion lifetime views
across a number of branded channels, and can be streamed on Amazon Prime and Roku.
Some of his next projects include - Haunting in Gettysburg, for director/producer Mark L.
Lester (Commando, Stephen King's Firestarter), and Shank, an action thriller to be directed
by Sheldon Lettich (Rambo III, Double Impact).
