EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 3

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER AUGMENTING THE AMOUNT TWENTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
PESOS ONLY (P23,200.00) TO TRAINING EXPENSES OF BARANGAY ESPERANZA TANZA, CITY
PROPER, ILOILO CITY

WHEREAS, Sec. 5 in Appropriation Ordinance No. 2. Series of 2022 dated January 19,
2022 authorizing Punong Barangay to augment an existing item in the approved Annual Budget
from savings in the other items with the same expenses class;

WHEREAS, there is a sufficient saving in appropriation under the account ELECTRICAL

EXPENSES IN THE AMOUNT TWENTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P23,200.00);

WHEREAS, appropriation under Training Expenses were exhausted hence, there is a need
to augment the same to carry out response effort of the barangay;

WHEREAS, it is hereby ordered to augment the TWENTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
PESOS ONLY (P23,200.00) ONLY FROM THE CURRENT YEAR APPROPRIATION (AB 2022 MOOE-ELECTRICAL
EXPENSES FOR ADDITIONAL FUND FOR THE TRAINING EXPENSES OF 18 BARANGAY OFFICIALS, TANODS
AND VOLUNTEERS OF BARANGAY ESPERANZA TANZA, CITY PROPER, ILOILO CITY THAT WILL ATTEND THE
LIGA DAY ON AUGUST 20, 2022)

NOW THEREFORE, I, WILBUR T. ORADA, Punong Barangay Esperanza Tanza, City Proper,
Iloilo City, by virtue vested me by the law, in accordance with Section 336 of RA. 7160, the Local
Government Code of 1991, hereby ordered to AUGMENT an existing item in the approved
ANNUAL Budget from savings in the other items with the same expenses class to carry out
response efforts of Barangay.

SO ORDEDED.
