Dear Beloved Teachers,

This is to inform you that my daughter, Rhanezel Dhane A. Bautista, will be absent from
December 9-16, 2019 (6 school days) because of our family trip. Originally, the trip was
scheduled during sembreak. However, it was postponed and moved to the said since our visas
were not released on time date due to longer visa processing of Korean Embassy. With this, I
am writing this letter to request for my daughter to take in advance achievement / pre-
examination tests that will be taken during that week.

Hoping for your kind consideration as this will help us prepare for the examination week when
we return.
