Dear Sir/Madam:

My name is Neil S. Bautista and I am requesting a tourist visa to South Korea. I plan to travel to
Seoul this November with my family and their friends. I am really excited to see the beautiful
sights during autumn season and experience its sounds and cuisine. I am also looking forward
to witness the smile of my wife and daughter during our family trip

I am writing this letter to explain why I failed to present an Income Tax Return for my visa
application. The reason why I do not have an ITR is because I work as a Freelance Marketing
Consultant. I work on ad-hoc basis, obtaining clients through my marketing expertise for
freelance work.

However, rest assured that my finances at the moment are enough to cover and support my
trip expenses and as well as my wife and my youngest daughter. Please see my bank certificate
for reference. I believe that this amount is enough for us to enjoy the places we want to visit
during this trip.

I have traveled alone to other countries within the last 5 years namely USA and Japan where I
meet some of my clients. This is our first travel together and I would love to give them this trip
as an advanced Christmas Gift.

I am really hoping that you would grant our request for a tourist visa. Hoping for your kind
consideration.

With my remote work and freelance set-up, I have made it a lifestyle to travel. I have been to
Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, New Zealand, Indoenesia in the last 5 years, where I spent
time doing leisurely activities. This year, I hope to explore Seoul for 6 days, if given the chance. 

I am really hoping that you would grant our request for a tourist visa. Hoping for your kind
consideration.
