** Qualtrics Feedback Opportunity for Calibration Session Finalization

1) Enabling this feature requires Calibration, a Qualtrics Employee Experience

license for Lifecycle projects, and enabling Intelligent Services and Integration
Center.
2) You use your Qualtrics account to create feedback opportunities and view their
results.
3) All the settings to configure the contents and schedule for the email survey are
also performed at Qualtrics.

** Manager Template Permission for Creating Calibration Sessions

1) With the new role-based permission, you can specify which calibration templates
managers can access when they create calibration sessions.

2) The new permission, Manager Template Permission for Creating Sessions, is added
under User Permissions Calibration.

***

We have enhanced the enforcement of distribution guidelines, so that it is

supported in more guideline scenarios.

When you finalize sessions individually, in addition to the standard ones,

guideline enforcement is now supported in three more guideline scenarios:

More than one rating is included in a guideline. You define the guideline with a
rating group. For example, the total number of subjects with outstanding
performance and those with good performance should be 30% (Outstanding + Good =
30%).
An operator other than “=” is configured in a guideline. You define the guideline
with a rating range. For example, the number of subjects with outstanding
performance should be between 5% and 10% (Outstanding is between 5% and 10%).
Not all ratings have a guideline. For example, there's a 10% guideline for subjects
with outstanding performance, but there's no guideline defined for other ratings.
When the distribution of subjects doesn't meet a guideline of the above-mentioned
definitions, you cannot finalize the sessions. Previously, these sessions could be
finalized even when Guidelines Enforcement was enabled.

***More User Information of Calibration Subject Available in Story Reports

You can now include the name and external user ID of a session subject in a Story
report. The first and last names and external user ID are supported in the auto-
joins for calibration subjects.

We built this enhancement to provide an intuitive way to get such information about
calibration session subjects.

*****Enhanced Signed Date Column in Story Reports

When users sign a form using admin tools such as Route Form and Sign Form, the
Signed Date column in Story reports now shows the date and time when the form was
signed.
The column shows the time of tenant preferred time zones. If users have signed the
form multiple times, only the latest record is shown in the reports.

We built this enhancement to fill a feature gap between forms and Story reports.

*****Restrict Data Access of Inactive Users' Forms

1) If you select the Restrict Data Access of Inactive Users' Forms permission for
users, users cannot access the data of inactive users' Performance Management
forms.

Users cannot access the data of inactive users' forms in the following features:

Form folders (They can view the form list, but cannot view form pages.)
Team Overview
Stack Ranker
Home page (in the latest home page they can view to-dos for reviewing inactive
users’ performance, but cannot view form pages.)
Form OData APIs that include form subject information
We built this enhancement to comply with data privacy and protection standards.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites

Users have the User Performance Restrict Data Access of Inactive Users' Forms
permission.

****Enforce Start Date on Route Map in 360 Reviews - SAP Fiori Version

When you choose to enforce the start date, participants will be restricted from
working on a 360 Reviews form in their Inbox folder until the start date has
commenced.

In Admin Center → Manage Route Maps, you can select the Enforce start date option
for all stages except Completion on a route map. Before a predefined start date,
forms are read-only, but participants can see the start date or open the forms to
check the details.

We added this feature to achieve feature parity with 360 Reviews v11. With this
feature, managers or HR staff can generate and dispatch documents beforehand and
still control when the cycle really begins, while participants have the opportunity
to view upcoming tasks.

****Hide the Nonremovable Checkbox in 360 Reviews - SAP Fiori Version

You can now hide the Nonremovable checkbox on a 360 Reviews form if it's not
needed.

You use the new option, Hide the Nonremovable checkbox on a form in the Modify
stage, in Admin Center → Form Template Settings to control whether to show or hide
the checkbox on a form in the Modify stage. Previously, that checkbox always
appeared on a form, regardless of whether raters are permitted to use it for
editing linked skills.
Hiding the checkbox from raters who aren’t supposed to use it improves the rater’s
experience.

******Participants Able to Recall Completed Forms in 360 Reviews - SAP Fiori

Version.

Participants can now recall a 360 Reviews form by themselves, after providing
feedback and submitting it.

Participants include those other than process owners, managers, employees, HR

representatives, or approvers. They are provided with a Recall button in the action
column of the Evaluation Summary section. Executing this action recalls completed
forms and moves them to the Inbox folder.

This enhancement or new feature is from a Customer Community Idea. It allows

participants to reconsider and improve their input for evaluation. The feature also
helps us achieve feature parity with 360 Reviews v11.

******Process Owners Able to See Participants on Anonymous Forms in 360 Reviews -

SAP Fiori Version

Process owners now can see the participants who have given evaluation feedback even
on anonymous 360 Reviews forms.

Process owners can view basic information about the participants on the Rater List
of an anonymous 360 Reviews form in the Evaluation, Signature, and Completed
stages. Such information includes employee name, email, department, and category.

We added this feature to achieve feature parity with 360 Reviews v11. It gives
process owners immediate access to key information about participants of a form.

*******Select Multiple Employees on Advanced Search Dialog in 360 Reviews - SAP

Fiori Version

Managers can now select multiple employees from a search done on the Advanced
Search Dialog and add them all to the Participant List at one time.

By defining various filters offered in the advanced search feature, managers can
find employees with improved precision and efficiency. Previously, managers were
only able to select and add one employee from the search result and had to redefine
filters if they want to add more.
We added this feature to achieve feature parity with 360 Reviews v11.

***********Add "First Matrix Manager" and "All Matrix Managers" as Default Rater
Categories

Using the Manage Templates tool or editing the XML form template, you can now add
first matrix manager and all matrix managers as default rater categories in both
360 Reviews v11 and 360 Reviews - SAP Fiori Version.

Employees' first matrix manager or all matrix managers will then show on the rater
list by default when a 360 Reviews form is launched.

The feature saves users from having to manually add a first matrix manager or all
matrix managers as raters after the form is launched.

***********Support for Learning Activities in Development Goal Section in 360

Reviews - SAP Fiori Version

Users can now work with learning activities in the Development Goal section of a
360 Reviews form.

They can view details of a learning activity, add LMS learning activities, and
delete LMS learning activities or Transcript-enabled custom learning activities.

We added this feature to achieve feature parity with 360 Reviews v11.

***********Form Titles Editable in 360 Reviews - SAP Fiori Version

Users can now directly edit titles of 360 Reviews forms received in the Inbox
folder.

With this feature, customers can distinguish similarly named forms by editing their
titles. It’s already available in 360 Reviews v11 and customers want it in the SAP
Fiori Version. This enhancement or new feature is from a Customer Community Idea.

******Use Capability Picker in Job Profile Builder, Performance & Goals, and
Succession & Development

Capability Picker, the previous "New Competency Picker", has been enhanced with a
new UI that includes employees' competencies, behaviors, and skills within an
organization. Users can now use the Capability Picker to add competencies in Job
Profile Builder, Performance & Goals, and Succession & Development.

Users can use it to select competencies by competency libraries or job roles and
search for competencies using keywords.

*******Total of Expected Number of Subjects Equals Actual Number of Subjects

We have enhanced the logic of subject distribution in scenarios where the

guidelines are defined with rating groups or not all ratings have a guideline.

When there are decimal parts in the calculated results, the system sums up the
decimal parts and distribute the whole numbers to the ratings to ensure that the
total number of expected subjects for all ratings is equal to the actual number of
subjects in the session.

Previously, the system applies this distribution logic only when ALL the following
conditions are met:
Each guideline contains one single rating.
All ratings have a guideline.
Ratings are included once in the guidelines.
All guidelines are defined with the operator “=”.
The total of all distribution guidelines is 100%.
Now, when the first two conditions aren't met, that is, the guidelines are defined
with rating groups or only part of the ratings have distribution guideline, but all
other three are met, the system will sum up the decimal parts to ensure that the
expected number of subjects equals the actual number.

We built this enhancement to ensure a consistent system behavior for subject

distribution in all calibration sessions.
