2. ALL BILLS in duplicate must be presented with signed challan within 3 days of supply of materials, raised in the name of
"Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd., F1, MIDC Malegaon, Sinnar, Dist. Nashik- 422113 ".
3. All deliveries must be made with 3 COPIES of challan pertaining to one ORDER only.
4. Please quote our ORDER No. in all correspondence relating to this order.
5. Separate bill must be made against each ORDER.
6. Bills should be submitted in rupee figures only by rounding off paise to nearest unit of rupee.
This order is subject to the following conditions :

1. If not otherwise stated under the terms of payment, the payment of the bill will be made as usual on the basis of actual weight and
quantity of goods received by our factory. Our records will be considered final and decisive on the point except as to the matters on
the Railway Receipt /LR of the goods.
2. If the goods supplied by you are not found in accordance with our order in respect of quality, weight, dimensions, correspondence
with description or sample, fitness for their purpose or in any other way, or not delivered within specified time of delivery we shall
have in addition to our right to claim damages from you, the right of refusing to take delivery of or returning the goods at your risk
and costs including both side freight and other charges to be borne by you. We shall further have the right to purchasing the goods
from the market at your cost and risk, holding you liable for the difference of prices and other incidental expenses arising there from
in case of your failure to supply the goods as stated in the order.
3. In case it is discovered at any stage that you or the manufacturers of the products have failed to supply such item or part of any
pant or machinery ordered for as are necessary to make it workable, you shall at your cost supply them to us as soon as we give you
intimation of such failure, if you fail to do so we shall have the right to purchase the missing items or parts at your costs.
4. If any part of the plant, machinery or goods supplied by you are found to be defective or fail due to bad material, bad
workmanship or unsuitable design within 12 months from the day of delivery therefore to our factory, the said part shall be replaced
free of charge by you.
5. Any demurrage, wharfage or similar charges which we may have to pay owing to late delivery of the Railway Receipt/ LR to us
will be borne by you.
6. The Railway Receipt/LR and all correspondence regarding this order should be addressed to us.
7. If any dispute shall arise concerning this order, they will be referred to the arbitration in Nashik under the rules of the tribunal of
Arbitration of the Indian Chamber of Commerce of Nashik and any Award/Awards made shall be final and binding on the both the
parties.
8. This order shall in all respect be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court only at Nashik that is to say, the Court of Small
Causes, the City Civil Court or the High Court at Nashik as the case may be and all suits and proceedings shall be instituted and tried
by the said Court only provided that said Court is otherwise competent to try such suit or proceeding.

Taxes : Excise & Vat extra.
Dispatch : Through our nominated transporter.
Insurance : On our account.
Payment : 50% advance with order against proforma invoice, 40% before dispatch of material against proforma invoice & balance 10%
after successful commissioning of the equipment.
Delivery : Within 6-8 weeks. However you will try to expediate the
same.
Inspection : At your premises. Pls. inform us the date of inspection so that we can depute our personnel for inspection.
Warranty : 12 months from the date of delivery of the instruments against faulty material or manufacturing defects.
Supervision & Installation : Supervision for installation of the instrument will be FREE OF COST. We shall keep the site ready with
cable laying of 3 Core as well as 2 Core. Your engineers Lodging and boarding will be in our scope during his visit at site for
supervision.
After Sales Service : You will guide our engineers on telephone to rectify the faults found in supplied system during
TWELVE months from supply of material or if it finds necessary you will send your engineer
FREE OF COST for TWO times during TWELVE months from the date of supply of material.
Supply of Documents : Operating Instruments Manual, Test & Calibration Certificate, Warranty Certificate shall be submitted by you
along with the supply of the material.
