Applicants must submit all items listed below as a complete package to be considered for competition:
• Application (six copies)
• Official transcripts (one official copy of each from each undergraduate and graduate
institution where work was credited toward a degree)
• Curriculum Vitae or resume (six copies)
• GRE scores (Phi Alpha Theta does NOT have an institution code; photocopy is acceptable)
• Letter of recommendation from each of the three individuals listed above (original only)
• Letter from the Department Chair confirming the student is not enrolled in an online program

deadline. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline or by individuals whose membership in 2
Phi Alpha Theta cannot be verified will not be considered for the competition.
