PRIORITY RISK JUSTIFICATION


LEVEL

P1 Risk 3- This has a very high likelihood and the highest


Declining impact of more than 4 million dollars which
Sales will impact the organization on a serious level
since decline in sales leads to decline in profit.

P2 Risk 2- Use This has high likelihood and high impact which
of old leads to wastage of resources resulting in loss
technology to the organization.

P3 Risk 4-New His has high likelihood and medium impact. If

understood properly, it may lead to reduction in
production capacities.

P4 Risk 1-Data This has low likelihood and low impact. This

place or if data is leaked by employees.

Question 6. Risks that should be accepted with their justification

The risks that should be accepted are:

Risk 1- Data Hacking- Since the core business of Stora Enso is not data
related hence data hacking will not affect its core business however it
should be ensured that trade secrets are properly safeguarded

Risk 5-Consumer preferring biodegradable plastic packaging- Since


the impacts of this risk is low, the organization can consider working on
it later as accepting this risk will not impact the over- all profitability
however it should be worked upon in the long run to keep-up with
competitors.
