AUTHORIZATION LETTER

I am Hon. Richard C. Espinoza a subscriber of your company. I

wrote this letter to authorize my friend Ms.Crystal Dalanan to apply
additional water meter per unit for my house rental located at #704
Manggahan, Subic Zambales.

I apologize that I will not be able to present myself due to the

reason that I am currently living in Olongapo City far from where the
subject service is connected.

I hereby allow Ms. Dalanan to sign any documents regarding this

request on behalf. I have no objection on this authorization.
Rest assured that I take full responsibility for this authorization.
