Furthermore, hauling cost may be added, if deemed applicable, to the pick-up price of various construction materials (i.e, aggregates, steel materials, etc), inthe preparation of the “Approved Budget for the Contract” (ABC) with reference to Department Order No. 197, Series of 2016, Section A.t., considering that valid justification and analysis were provided. ‘+ Yellow Fill -indeates that the construction material prices submitted were not justified by the respective Implementing Offices (IOs); je», not supported by at least three (3) canvassed! surveyed prices per item from qualified suppliers. Thus, in accordance with section 1.8.2.8e of Department Order No. 72, Series of 2018, the prices that will be used in lieu of the vacant material prices shall be established by the concerned 10s; however, they shall be held solely liable for the reasonableness of the material prices used. ‘© Blue Fill with Asterisk "*"'- indicates that the construction material prices submitted by the 10s are subject for by the ROTWG/COTWG.
