Canada PR visa
Sign up for filing an application in the express entry
pool for selection under Federal Skilled Worker or
Provincial Nominee Program – Rupees 65,000/- (
Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only). The agreement is
signed with and processed under the direction of an
RCIC agent.

Australia PR visa
Sign up for Skill assessment and file the application in
the Skilled worker program under federal, state, or
regional programs – Rupees 75,000/- ( Rupees
Seventy-Five Thousand only).

 (B) PERSONAL BRANDING
SERVICES UNDER RPUV
i. International Resume and LinkedIn Profile Preparation
and Unlimited Vacancy Search (RPUV) for 120 days.
The vacancies will be specific to the chosen
destination.
ii. Countries for which the RPUV services are offered
include Canada, the UK, Australia, and Germany.
iii. One can opt for standalone RPUV services for a
single destination for Rupees 45,000/- (Rupees
Forty-Five Thousand Only)
iv. Combos offered – (a) UK and Canada. (b) Australia
and Germany. Choose any combo for 75,000/-
(Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only)
v. Work Visa / PR visa application consultation fee is
waived if the client who has opted and paid for one
of the two combos under (iv) presents a confirmed
job offer from a local employer.

This payment is to be made after the client

presents a confirmed job offer from a local
employer. In the case of Canada, the RCIC
agreement is signed up with the clients at this
stage.

The client, in this instance, means only the

service for one Candidate. Should both the
spouses/partners be interested in taking up this

 BASIC INFORMATION

CANADA
Canadian employers and provincial agencies
(to plan their workforce shortages and needs)
can assess applications filed in the Express
Entry Pool (EEP) and profiles submitted in the
Canada job bank.

The employers can support those selected out

of the pool through positive LMIA (Labor market
Impact Assessment) and provinces through a
provincial nomination.

They will also be able to claim 600 additional

points in the Comprehensive ranking system
(CRS) of EEP. So, getting a job offer from a
Canadian employer will expedite the PR

 AUSTRALIA
Australia Skill Select program allows skilled immigrants or business persons to lodge an
Expression of Interest (EOI). An Expression of Interest is one of the initial steps in The Australian
immigration process that indicates an applicant’s intentions to migrate to the country. Your
EOI application in SkillSelect is only valid for two years.
The SkillSelect system invites only highly-ranked applicants to apply for permanent skilled
visas and allows state and territory governments to nominate highly skilled workers for the
residency visa.
Certain preliminaries must be completed before a candidate creates a profile in the EOI pool:
• Getting their skills assessed from a designated assessing body.
• Proving English language skills through appropriate language tests as IELTS.
• For Skilled migration visas, the applicant must go through a point-test and secure
minimum cutoff scores to strengthen their chances for migration. All applicants are ranked
based on information provided – such as age, education, and work experience.
• At present, the minimum points are 65 out of 100, which can be calculated using an
Australia Point Calculator.
• All profiles are ranked against each other in the SkillSelect. The applicants with the highest

scores are invited to apply further. Additional points are also granted to individuals who
receive a nomination by an Australian state or a territory.

 GERMANY
JOB SEEKER VISA
The German job seeker visa - a Long-Term
Residency Permit – permits the holder to stay
Germany for six (6) months and look for a job.

If you have found a place of employment before the

end of the six (6) month period, you get a German
work permit, and you will be allowed to work and live
there. Having a job seeker visa does not let you start
working immediately in Germany.

It only means that you can visit the country and look
for a job during your stay. It’s challenging to get an
Embassy appointment if an application is filed
under a German job seeker visa program without a
confirmed job offer.

Having a job offer will help expedite the process and

ultimately get a Work Permit (EU Blue Card or an

employment residence permit) at the earliest. You
can sign up for standalone RPSU services for
Germany and later take up the visa filing services.

 UK TEMPORARY AND
PERMANENT RESIDENCY
OPTIONS

UK SKILLED WORKER VISA

The UK, skilled worker visa allows the holder to
stay in the UK and do professional work/eligible
jobs with an approved employer for 3-5years of
duration with an estimated income of £25,600
per year or £10.10 per hour or the ‘going rate’ for
the type of work, whichever is higher.

After 5 years, either you can apply for the

extension, or you may also be eligible to apply for
“settle permanently in the UK” (also known as
‘indefinite leave to remain’), subject to prevailing

 UK SCALE-UP VISA
This visa will be part of the point-based
immigration system. Individual applicants
must have a highly qualified job offer with
an annual income of at least £ 33,000
besides meeting minimum language
proficiency requirements.

Eligible beneficiaries no longer need to be

formally sponsored by their respective
scale-up companies. Qualified persons
can extend their visas for up to 5 years,
which provides a route to settlement in
the UK.

presentation in video format.
• The team will upload the Slide Share resume on the client's LinkedIn profile and

WhatsApp, Facebook, and Glassdoor.

RPUV DELIVERABLES
Unlimited Vacancies Search for the chosen destination for 120 days. The 120
days counting will start from the completion date of steps mentioned in (1) to
(3) above. Designated Abhinav executives will research the famous
country-specific Job websites for vacancies related to the client profile.

The details of these Vacancies will be forwarded to the client. The client will
