Cancellation of Pre-paid registration will be charged 20% surcharge to cover handling fee
and other reservation charges of the hotel. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO PARTICIPANTS
WHO WILL NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Please let us know the soonest
time possible if you are interested to participate in this event so we could make the
necessary arrangements in your behalf.
Please be advised that everyone who would go to Baguio City must register to their
Baguiovisita website as per Baguio City health protocol .
Steps on how to register in Baguiovisita ( Visitor Information & Travel Assistance );
1. On your dashboard, go to ‘ My Travels’ menu or click “See all” beside the My Travels
heading. Find the travel on which you wish to have companions, then click /tap the 3
vertical dots beside it.
2. On the pop-up menu, select “Add Companion”
Note : the ‘ View ‘ option is for viewing of approved QTPs
3. On ‘My Companions’ page you can either add a vehicle or add a companion for each
vehicle. Enter details for the vehicle or each companion correspondingly.
SOME POINTERS:
 If staying in an accommodation establishment, one can add up to nine (9)
Companions, in up to two(2) vehicles.
 If not staying in an accommodation establishment one can add up to four (4)
companions on one declared transport vehicle.
 The registrant and all of his/her companions must be on the same itinerary,
staying in the same accommodation/address and on the same travel dates.
 Each traveller will be approved separately or as a group, with individual QTPs
that will be viewable and downloadable from the main registrant’s
account.
