AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION
We ANALYN EGLISIAS ROBLES and ALJIE PALMA TANGLAO, both of legal age,
Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. 102, Old Kawayan, Tacloban City, Philippines after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the beneficiaries of the St. Francis Village 1 Housing Project specifically at
Block 32, Lot 17;

2. That we have been living together as husband and wife under the same roof, continuously and
without any interruption for more than eight (8) years now;

3. That during our cohabitation and even until the present, we both remain single in status, and
hence, there exists no legal impediment for us to marry each other;

4. That such cohabitation is known to our community;

5. That we are blessed with three (3) children namely:

Anjilyn R. Tanglao
Princess Ann R. Tangalo
Aljie R. Tanglao, Jr.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth and veracity of all the foregoing
statements.
