PREPARE AN 8-10 SENTENCES OF REFLECTION
PAPER ABOUT THE MISSION OF CHURCH
 To begin, learn to live joyfully and avoid becoming cynical about life. Many
people live in far more difficult circumstances than we do in Western
civilization and nevertheless find joy in their lives. Second, to be in the
presence of the God who created us and who, despite our flaws, redeemed us.
When we realize that we are only really human when we are closer to God, we
have a far more realistic view of human nature. Third, when confronted with
guilt, to experience forgiveness. Fourth, to most effectively support and be
encouraged by other individuals who are pursuing a closer relationship with
God. Fifth, remember to think rationally and realistically. There are probably
more, but this is a good start. For starters, God commands us not to stop
gathering to worship (Hebrews 10:24–25). Christians make up Christ’s body.
We were never intended to be lone wolves. We assist, encourage, and educate
one another as we work together to build Christ’s Kingdom. Church is a place
of friendship and service to God and one another. Without it, the Christian life
would be quite poor. God’s essence, in which we participate, is to love, and I
find it incredibly rewarding to be a part of my church. As a result, the Church’s
“job” on earth is to bring Christ to people and people to Christ. Our Blessed
Lord made this possible by bestowing His Sacraments upon the Church, the
most important of which is the Most Holy Eucharist, which is Himself. He also
gave them the task of preaching, teaching, and baptizing people from all
nations around the world. That’s all there is to it! The Church’s purpose on
earth is to be Our Blessed Lord’s hands, feet, mouth, and so on. To proclaim
His word throughout the world and to deliver His LOVE to each and every man
on the planet.
EXPLAIN IN SIMPLE WORDS, WHAT IS THE PASSION AND
DEATH OF JESUS CHRIST
 The Bible clearly states that Jesus’ human body died physically and literally on
the cross and rose again on the third day. The location of Jesus’ residence over
those three days is less certain. The first is the overriding question of Jesus’
divine character. If He is divine, He is omnipresent, or present at all times and
in all locations. Jesus did not “go” anyplace in this sense. Jesus’ soul, on the
other hand, would have left His human body and gone somewhere else since
He became totally human. Many people wonder about His activity throughout
this time period because of this “elsewhere.” The most likely scenario is that
Jesus spent the entire time from his death to his resurrection in heaven. In
fact, when Jesus entered the kingdom of heaven, time would not be counted
as it was on earth, meaning that the time from His death to His resurrection
might not be “similar” to the three days for Jesus Christ. With Him. Although
the Bible does not elaborate on what happened to Jesus during this time, it
does make it clear that Jesus was in a “paradise” after his death and before his
resurrection. Body on the third day. Immediately after his resurrection, Jesus
went to the spirit world and organized his loyal followers to teach and preach
the Gospel to all the evil people who died without even hearing about Christ.
He did not preach to the evils ones himself. After 3 days, he was resurrected
and visited other groups of God’s children to make sure they knew he was
alive and immortal. Then he taught them the same Gospel. He taught in the
Americas and he taught to the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel, wherever they are.
Other than that, we still have to find the records that tell us which people saw
and heard him and felt the holes in his hands, feet and side
(Experience)
Identify and describe the “The Saving Act of Christ” (What did
you learn about them?) and connect it into your life. (10-15
sentences only)
 Good deeds are only evidence of a warm relationship with God. But the reason
good deeds are important is that we must go out and make disciples in God’s
name. We must evangelize and educate those who live like Christ and long for
the Word of God. You must have a personal relationship with God, seek Him,
and love Him with all your heart, mind, and strength! Connect with him
through prayer and scripture reading. When Jesus Christ was on earth, His
words are very clear: “Whoever does the will of my Father in heaven and
keeps his commandments will be saved.” Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and
God of your life.Bring people closer to God because time is short and there
are many who walk in the dark. Go be a light to them and share Jesus Christ
with your friends, colleagues, co-workers, family members, and almost
everyone. Because we need as many souls as we can save. It may not be an
easy mission, but God will guide our hands in prayer as we continue to seek
His wisdom and guidance. Repent and follow him. For this, we must be born
again (John 3:7). It means supernatural conversion to follow Jesus Christ as
God and Lord. Then you will receive the Holy Spirit, the advance of heaven. If
you do not understand this, go to a church where the gospel is preached by
the power of the Holy Spirit. Very simple: pray for forgiveness and ask him to
be your Lord and Savior. It doesn’t matter what you have done, He will extend
grace and forgive you. Try to be part of a church group to Keep you strong in
your faith. The most important thing to remember is to have a relationship
with Jesus Christ by praying and reading your Bible, it’s not about following a
set of rules(being religious), it’s about showing grace and compassion to
anyone at work, school, home(especially), etc.

Make a short essay (7 – 12 sentences only) by answering the
question below:
As you learn about the lesson about the life of Our Lord Jesus
and the Mission of the Church, what lesson can you derive
from it and connect it into your own community?
 Church is very important in my life…because I find my God in church. I worship
him there. I continue to learn more about him there. I am serving God and His
people there. There I received His Word, His Body, and His Blood. I have many
friends too. I am happy to know that I am sharing everything I have to offer.
But my church is mainly about my God.
It is as important as feeding my body with nourishment and sustenance. As
important as breathing clean air. It is a place that I can experience; acceptance,
love, fellowship, learning, discipleship and a place I can express freely my
praise and worship to God surrounded by like believers. “Church life” is not
the building but the people inside the building who love Jesus and want to
serve Him.

How can you show your own understanding of the Life of Our
Lord in your own community?
 I also believe he is the Son of God, existing from eternity past, truly God in
every sense and truly human in every sense. He is risen from the dead and still
lives today. He is the Lord of the universe and of each one of us. His death on
the cross accomplished atonement for our sins and redemption for us, and his
resurrection opened the door to eternal life for us. He is the perfect example
for us, having been tempted but never sinned, which is what enabled him to
pay the price for our sins. He is the one who will return and reign forever. He
transformed a society that was slave based into one that was the first to
liberate slaves. He transformed a society where women were treated as
nothing but possessions into one where women are given independence and
freedom of thought and action as equal participants with men. He transformed
a world where work and engagement in the physical was looked down on to
one that respects effort and hard work. He transformed a world that gave
fathers the power of life and death over their children to one where children
are protected. here are plenty of things Jesus was. Some of those will align
with the bible, some with art, others with literature, others with what we
know of history.
