1. What does our inner narrative reveal about dance movement and culture?
 Our inner narratives are the result of a cultural learning that determines our
movements, rhythms, and expressions of the body in space, to indicate
something. (Polo Guerrero Barros, October 2019) Inner narratives are the most
influential factors in communication. It certainly reveals our culture and the world
of movement around us. Our body tells a story; the body communicates
indirectly. It tells what we are currently thinking and feeling. All this can be
expressed in a dance or in a play. (Flourish Itulua-Abumere, October 2019)

2. Can dance/movement be a language?

 Yes, because it can be used to tell stories and share ideas. It can also break
language barriers and open the door for communication across cultures.
(scholarlycommons.obu.edu) It is a form of language that transcends not only
cultures but also species. We may not have the ability to comprehend the sounds
that male birds make, but we can instinctively interpret their gestures as they
compete for a mate by showing off their dance moves. (enpuir.npu.edu.u
