In particular, the Training on the Processing of Local Assessment Records in Relation to Data Privacy will be conducted on 27-28 July 2022, via Zoom. All concerned individuals are invited to attend the abovernentioned training to facilitate the renewal of the Real Estate Appraiser license and to continue to acquire competency enhancement and capacity building in the local assessment service. Please be advised that we will be accommodating a maximum of sixty-five (65) participants on a “First Come, First Serve Basis’. The training fee of Php1,000.00 and other expenses of local government participants shall be charged to the funds of their respective offices, subject to the approval of the concerned Local Chief Executive (LCE). Upon completion of the training, eligible participants shall be issued an electronic copy of the Certificate of Training with PRC Accreditation No. 2013-002-194, equivalent to nine (9) CPD units.
