Yes, the strategies of DAVC for guest comfort is the highlight of its hotel. The features of
this hotel are extremely convenient, like the rooftop with heated pool, spa service and gym,
which has view of Manila Bay harbour. This view will ensure satisfaction of guest because it
gives a meditation vibe for the guest.it is also a good thing that a having a walking distance to a
transportation ensures that if the guest wants to go somewhere specifically train transportation is
needed. They can access it easily and no hassle at all because they are not needed to wake up
early like other people that is far in the train station do. With near shopping mall ensures that if
the guest needs a food or utility the guest can go easily without hassle of long ride.

One of the highlights of this hotel are green and efficient, we know that green projects are
good and give comfortability because it gives a long - term effect for our environment. Having a
chic guest rooms with bright - colored palette is “Instamagrable” means that it gives satisfaction
because they can share it to other people it was not just the guest who are going to benefit for this
because hotels will get free advertisement if the guest post it on their social media accounts.

highlight is their access for transport, which is necessary for entrepreneur because they can travel

a green hotel gives comfortability because it give a good vibes with the guest by letting them to
