and been very impressed by his diligence and work ethic. I am in the knowledge that Arnav is applying to

Arnav has outstanding organizational skills. He is able to successfully complete multiple tasks with
favorable results despite the deadline pressure. Throughout his excellent academic tenure, he has been
able to command over sporting pursuits and has showcased excellent sportsmanship, leadership and
team spirit by winning a silver medal in the inhouse organized cricket tournament. Along with which he
had also participated in various National science Olympiads and International Math Olympiads showing
his obvious academic dexterity.

As you are aware, online classes, because of the lack of face-to-face interaction, require a high degree of
motivation as a part of students. Despite of that he had grappled his way through the rock bottom
situation in the pandemic and emerged as a very high performing student throughout the year.

To conclude I would restate my strong and enthusiastic recommendation for Arnav Kadam. He is a kind,
compassionate, intelligent and strong person who has a clear sense of direction and purpose. I am
