#1 The Original Cold Brew Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:
 Two large containers that can hold 7 cups (one needs to be sealable).
 A strainer of some sort (you could even use a cheesecloth, but you need something finer than a standard
colander).
 12 oz. of extra-coarse coffee grounds.
 7 cups of filtered water.
 At least 12 hours of patience.

Method:
 Throw coffee grounds and filtered water into one container and mix well
 Store in fridge for 12-16 hours
 Remove from fridge and pour into empty container or jar through strainer

Ingredients:
 100 ml of Cold Drip Coffee Concentrate
 300 ml of coconut water.
 Ice.

Method:
 Mix your cold brew with 2x the amount of coconut water
 Stir in ice cubes
 Enjoy!

#3 Cold Brew Popsicles

Ingredients:
 A cup of freshly brewed cold coffee.
 3 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk.
 Popsicle molds.
 Popsicle sticks.
 (Maybe some extra plain milk and sweetener.)

Method:
 Mix coffee with sweetened condensed milk.
 Pour the mix in molds and place the sticks.
 Place it in freezer overnight.

#4 Cold Brew Ice Cream

Ingredients:
 ½ cup of cold brew coffee concentrate.
 2 cups of heavy whipping cream.
 12 oz of sweetened condensed milk.
 1 tbsp of Kahlua.

Method:
 Mix Kahlua, sweetened condensed milk and cold drip.
 Whip cream in a separate bowl.
 Delicately mix the coffee mixture with the whipped cream.
 Use ice cream maker to create ice cream
 No ice cream maker? No problem. Place it in freezer for 2-3 hours, but make sure you stir it every 30-45
mins. This will stop it from becoming icy.

#5 Cold Brew Ice Cubes

Ingredients:
 Your favorite cold brew coffee concentrate.
 An ice cube tray.
 A freezer.
 An extra dose of patience (or proper timing).

Method:
 Put the coffee concentrate in the ice cube tray.
 Freeze for 12-16 hours.
 Pop cubes in a glass of cold water when you need a fix.

Ingredients:
 Cold brew coffee.
 whole milk alternatives, like almond, cashew, or macadamia nut milk or coconut milk,
 Ice.

Method:
 Pour cold brew coffee over ice cubes.
 Pour whole milk alternatives, like coconut, almond, cashew, or macadamia nut milk and enjoy!

#7 Cold Brew Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
 2 Tablespoons of orange syrup.
 4 dashes of bitters (bonus if you use orange bitters)
 6 oz of cold brew concentrate
 1 maraschino cherry (garnish)
 Orange peel (garnish)
 Ice.
 A naughty optional - 30-50ml of high end bourban whiskey

Method:
 Combine orange syrup and bitters in a glass.
 Add cold brew concentrate and garnish with orange and cherry.
 Add ice cubes.
 Add bourbon whiskey if you want to be naughty

#8 Cold Brew Tonic

Ingredients:
 Freshly brewed (important) cold brew coffee concentrate.
 Tonic water.
 Ice.

Method:
 Pour two parts tonic water over ice.
 Slowly pour one-part cold brew concentrate over the top.

#9 Cold Drip Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
 45 ml of vodka.
 30 ml of cold drip coffee.
 15 ml of butterscotch schnapps.
 15 ml of coffee liqueur.
 Ice.

Method:
 Accurately measure all the ingredients into a shaker.
 Shake the cocktail to the best of your ability.
 Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy!

#10 Vanilla Almond Swirl

Ingredients:
 50-100 ml of cold brew coffee.
 Almond milk to taste.
 2-3 drops of vanilla extract.
 A pinch of cinnamon.
 Ice.

Method:
 Pour cold brew coffee in a glass.
 Add almond milk to taste.
 Add tiny bit of vanilla extract.
 Add ice and sprinkle some cinnamon into the mix.

#11 Cinnamon Orange Coffee Crush

Ingredients:
 50 ml of cold brew.
 ¼ of an orange, cut into a wedge.
 Crushed ice.
 Warmed cinnamon sticks.
 A pinch of powdered cinnamon.
 A pinch of coconut sugar.

Method:
 Add crushed ice to a tumbler glass.
 Squeeze the orange wedge into the glass, rub the peel around the lip and leave the peel in the glass.
 Warm up the cinnamon sticks by rolling them between your hands and put them into the glass along
with a dose of cold coffee.
 Sprinkle some powdered cinnamon and coconut sugar.
 Swirl around and sip!

#12 Banoffee Smoothie

Ingredients:
 50 ml of cold coffee concentrate.
 500 ml of pecan nut (or other) milk.
 250 grams of frozen banana slices.
 1 tbsp of agave syrup.
 ½ tsp of lucuma powder.
 ¼ tsp of vanilla bean powder.
 10 ice cubes.

Method:
 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

#13 Coffee Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
 ¾ cup of dilute cold drip concentrate.
 ¾ cup of milk (but other dairy substitutes will work).
 2 tbsp of honey.
 8 tbsp of chia seeds.
 ½ tsp of vanilla bean powder.
 A dollop of whipped cream.
 Grated chocolate or ground cinnamon to taste.

Method:
 Add coffee, milk, honey, china seeds and vanilla bean powder in a bowl or a jar and mix well.
 Freeze the mixture overnight.
 Top it with whipped cream and grated chocolate.

#14 Coconut Kahlua Latte

Ingredients:
 2 oz of Kahlua.
 ¾ cup of milk (or preferred substitute).
 2 tbsp of cream of coconut.
 A pinch of cinnamon.
 2 tbsp of white sugar.
 2 shots of cold brew concentrate.

Method:
 Add kahlua, milk, cream of coconut, cinnamon, and sugar into a pot and heat on medium for 5-7
minutes.
 Put the heated ingredients in a blender and blend on high until frothy.
 Warm up the coffee concentrate in a separate pot.
 Pour the froth and coffee in a glass and enjoy.
 If you want something cold, then instead of warming up the coffee concentrate; Pour your concentrate
and froth over ice.

#15 Cold Drip Irish Coffee

Ingredients:
 10 oz of (diluted) cold drip.
 2 oz of Irish Whiskey.
 1 tsp of simple syrup.
 1 oz of fresh cream, or Bailey’s Irish Cream.

Method:
 Add cold brew coffee, Irish whiskey and syrup to your cup and mix
 Carefully add/layer fresh cream or baileys on top.
 Enjoy!

Ingredients:
 8 oz of Chameleon Black Concentrate, or your own.
 2 oz bourbon.
 1 oz butterscotch liqueur.

Method:
 Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
 Shake what yo mumma gave you
 Pour in a tall glass over ice.

Ingredients:
 ½ oz of Amaretto.
 ½ oz of Kahlua.
 6 oz of dark roast, cold coffee concentrate.
 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream.
 2 oz of cold water.
 Whipped cream.

Method:
 Put all the ingredients except the whipped cream in a blender.
 Blend until frothy.
 Pour in a tall glass and top it with a generous dose of whipped cream.

Ingredients:
 4 oz of dark roast, cold drip concentrate.
 4 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk.
 Ice.

Method:
 Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
 Fill the shaker to the brim with ice and give it a good shake.
 Pour it in a tall glass and enjoy!

Ingredients:
 2 oz of cold coffee concentrate.
 5 oz of half & half.
 2 oz of sweet chocolate syrup.
 6-8 ice cubes.

Method:
 Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Ingredients:
 1 ½ cups of cold coffee concentrate.
 ½ cup of coffee liqueur.
 ½ cup of spiced rum.
 12 oz bottle of Mexican Coca-Cola.
 ½ cup of heavy cream.

Method:
 Combine coffee concentrate, liqueur, rum, and cola in a large pitcher.
 Pour the solution in glasses filled with ice.
 Add cream and enjoy!

Ingredients:
 3 oz of cold brew coffee.
 ¾ cup of nonfat, frozen yogurt.
 ½ cup of ice cubes.
 1 ½ tsp of honey.

Method:
 Put all the ingredients in a blender.
 Blend everything until you get a thick, custard-like consistency.
 Eat with a spoon!
