ENERGY CONSUMPTION
AIC, PROCESS ANALYZER SYSTEM:
The above, Electronic Power Requirements should be supplied by an Uninterrupted Power Supply.
If an UPS System is not used, the electronics should be connected to an independent branch circuit.
The above Heater Power Requirements should be connected to a second (different) branch circuit
then the branch circuit used to supply power to the Electronics and/or UPS System.
The above energy consumptions are based on each stream utilizing a Vaporizer Regulator.
Multi-stream, Process Analyzers typically have an assortment of stream regulators.
The above figures are the maximum energy consumption per Process Analyzer System.
The figures are for “typical” AIC Process Analyzer Systems utilizing 120-volt A/C power.
One, MC-503 Data Control System will control up to ten, ACM’s and Process Analyzers.
Every AIC Process Analyzer requires its own, individual ACM.
Every ACM has two, independent power supplies – one for Electronics and one for Heater power.
Every AIC Process Analyzer will analyze up to ten, sample streams.
Every sample stream can use any of the following sample stream regulators –
High-Pressure Regulator or Heated, Vaporizer Regulator or a Four-Port Liquid Valve.
One ACM supplies all power requirements of one field-mounted, Process Analyzer.
