another 50,000 cities left in 192 countries in the world, we have enough room to stretch

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities


• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner as per given targets
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or
alternatives.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Strong communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree/Bachelor in Commerce Graduates

Skills Required:
• Graduation or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience in a call centre environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle a stressful situation appropriately
