1 What are your impressions of an ERP?

This was not my first interaction with an ERP my first interaction was using PRELUDE witch is not very
defferent from SAP and I thins ERP is absolutely a necessity of every company to have because it
helps manage in real time so many aspect of the company this exercice realy gives us a new
prespective of how thing are going inside a company and how mutch difference the disision are
affection the whole company and this can onely be seen using ERP

2 Did your role and relevance within your team change from Round 1 to Round 2?

Yes the first round I was charged of watching the market and financing the marketing so the places
that don’t bay of bay in small contities buy more

3 How were the replenishment decisions made?

The replenishment was base on the stock that was left , it was almost emply so in order to countinue
selling we purchase the max in every product

4 What do you think is the key differentiator in a team’s performance?

Every teams used different kind of strategy in their work our too what made the difference is in my
opinion the sense of market to know when to add price and when to make to product cheaper

5 What was the hardest part of the game?

It was the time limite so every second count and every mistake was fatale , so in order to make out
you must have some nerves of steel and a good understanding of your team work
