Dear Parent 

I am pleased to inform you that your child <Name> of class <Class><Division> has been
selected for the specialised coaching in <Sport>. Congratulations! 

The specialised coaching will commence from Monday, 4 July 2022 from 3.00 pm to 4.30
pm on every <Days>. On these days, he/she will be required to stay back after the school
hours.  

In this regard, we request you to please note the following: 

1. The students will bring their own sports kit, tiffin/snacks and water bottle. 
2. Parents will make arrangements to pick up their children from school after the
coaching sessions. 
3. Students are expected to be punctual and regular for the coaching sessions. Any
student found irregular will be dropped from the coaching programme and the place
will be allotted to the next eligible student.  
4. Being a part of the specialised coaching programme does not automatically ensure a
place in the school team. The school teams for participation in various competitions
and tournaments will be selected on the basis of their performance in the selection
trials involving other students of the school.  
5. Student without proper sports kit will not be allowed to attend the coaching.
6. The students selected for coaching in Table Tennis and Badminton are required to
bring their own rackets and table tennis balls or shuttle cocks, as the case may be.

In this regard, we request you to please fill in and submit the attached consent form to the
class teacher by Monday, 4 July 2022.

in the after school specialised coaching in ___Basketball_____. I confirm that my child will
attend the coaching sessions as per schedule mentioned above and will be regular and
punctual.  
I understand that I will be required to make arrangements for pick-up of my child from the
school after the coaching sessions.
