Writing a Cover Letter for a Resume
Sometimes, rather than calling for an interview, you can request one in writing. The language that you
use when you ask for an interview in writing is more formal. Usually you send this letter along with
your resume. There is a simple three-step process to write a letter asking for an interview.
Use this table to create your own letter by substituting the appropriate information.
