As an heavy equipment Auto Electrician,

I carry out routine and preventive maintenance of bobcat skid steer and telehandler, Cat,
equipments as per the OEM recommendations.

To carry out Operation and Maintenance on the above equipments.

To perform Operation and Maintenance of Auxiliary equipment( especially solenoid valve

which are electronically controlled.)

To update Equipment maintenance data and Log book on daily basis.

Monitoring of equipment health and report to my supervisor and manager asap.

Spare part planning , follow up replacement asap.

To do House keeping activities in the site workshop and maintain the site premises.

Ability to use social media apps in communicating with my supervisor and heavy equipment
manager on update on machine in the hatch, fertilizer warehouse, and in sugar plant and
packing station.

Take part in taking tool box talk because safety is number one.

Carry out troubleshooting of electrical faults on Caterpillar Machines including 2.5 ton
Electric forklift.

Responsible for repairs of starter motors and alternators on all the heavy equipment such
as Diesel Forklifts, Electric forklifts,Wheel loaders, HMD steer bobcat

Maintain the electrical components of heavy equipment regularly

Conduct preventive and other maintenance on Diesel equipment

Ensure daily inspection on Heavy Equipment
