You   should   check   your   junk   mailbox   on   a   regular   basis   to   ensure   that   messages   from   the   Consulate   have   not   been   incorrectly
identified  as  spam.  If  you  do  not  receive  an  email  within  12  hours  of  submitting  the  application,  check  the  status  of  your  application,

• Identify  your  application  when  you  communicate  with  the  department

• Access  information  about  the  progress  of  your  online  application

If  your  application  is  approved,  you  will  receive  an  email  from  the  Consulate  with  a  visa  grant  ID.  The  Australian  government  does
not   require   you   to   have   a   visa   label   placed   into   your   passport   for   travel   to   Australia.   Print   both   emails   and   keep   them   with   your
passport.
