state, when what happens is
that when you perceive an
object, you see an object as
an object.

tension that comes is not in
the object, it is in your mind
that is interpreting the object.

 For example, you are invited
to a party.
 You dress up very well.

 You have gone into a party in
a five star atmosphere, a
beautiful 5 star atmosphere.

 Once in the party you see beautiful
crockery on the table, then you see
people wearing diamond rings,
people with beautiful shoes, then
you look at all of them and say,

 “My God, she is wearing a diamond
ear ring, my useless husband has
given me only gold ear rings.
 She is wearing a wonderful nose
ring.
External And Internal Realities
 My useless husband says that
a nose is enough, ring is not
at all required.”
 So what has happened?
External And Internal Realities
 Some body wearing a diamond ring, and
nose rings are wonderful things to be
observed.
 But you don’t see the diamond rings, the
beautiful crockery on the table- you don’t
see all that.
External And Internal Realities
 What you say is, “I do not have,
and somebody has.”
 Somebody have a diamond ear ring
becomes a whipping point for you
that you do not have it.
 External And Internal Realities
 Now , the external reality is beautiful
crockery, beautiful ambience and beautiful
diamonds people are wearing.
 Is that impacting you, or is it your internal

reality which says,

External And Internal Realities
 “ I do not have the diamond ring, I
do not have this diamond necklace,”
 Which is impacting you more? It is
this internal reality, which is
creating inner chaos.
External And Internal Realities
 Therefore, although the external
reality has unit of impact.
 The internal reality has deeper
unit of impact.

 Therefore saints Kabir says, “ Man
ke har har hai Man ki Jit Jit.” If
mind says “Har gaya”, you have
lost. If it says “Jit,” you have won.
 This is referring to internal reality.
