 Meeting was called to order at 2:00 in the afternoon at Senior High School Building-
HE 12 Ilang-ilang’s classroom

Minutes:
a. Computation of Grades for Academic Awards
-top 10 learners
- 90 and above average
- no final grade lower than 85
-no grade lower than 80 in any subject per quarter

b. LIS updating
-pending transfers
-finalizing first semester classes in LIS
- status of learners

c. Solicitation of opinions and suggestions from teachers

- suggestion to move the time of commencement from 3pm in the afternoon to morning
due to unprecedented weather changes

d. Reminders
-reading of forms
- grades to be submitted on Wednesday, June 29,2022
- list of learners for enrichment
- classification of grades
