8. Activity 1: Marcia’s bedroom (A3 + A4 + stickers of the bedroom)
a. I need the A3 and the A4 of the bedroom
b. Using prepositions: “X, put the red chair in front of the green table”
c. Once all the objects (stickers) are placed, I ask: “Is there a yellow chair in the
room?”
9. Activity 5: Jobs Memory (flashcards of the aliens dressed as some jobs and the
flashcards of the aliens thinking about being something when they grow up)
a. First, I review the cards with them and I say: “This alien wants to be a: fire
fighter, police office, pilot, car mechanic, hairdresser, postman, lifeguard,
teacher, actor, writer, chef, waiter… when he/she grows up” meanwhile, I
make them repeat the jobs.
b. Secondly, I take the cards of the aliens dressed as something and the cards of
the aliens thinking about being something and spread them on the table, and
they HAVE TO FIND PAIRS.
Example: A firefighter card with a card of an alien thinking of being a
firefighter.
c. To finish I ask some of them: What do you want to be when you grow up?

a. Hay 9 aliens sin vestir y tengo que preguntarles (describiendo al alien) qué
quieren ser de mayor esos aliens y que traten de averiguarlo pegando los
stickers de los pensamientos.
b. Después de un rato tengo que decir lo siguiente:
i. Blue alien: firefighter
ii. Orange alien with one eye: teacher.
iii. Green alien, five eyes: waiter.
iv. Green alien, blue stripes: lifeguard.
v. Pink alien, four legs, no arms: actress.
vi. Pink alien, two legs, two arms: hairdresser.
vii. Purple alien: car mechanic.
viii. Orange alien, four legs: pilot.
ix. Yellow alien, stripes: chef.
12. Worksheet 5: When Marcia grows up…
a. Tienen que adivinar qué quieren ser Oliver, Marcia y Emma de mayor y lo
tengo que conseguir haciéndoles preguntas.
i. Key: Marcia – actress / Oliver – chef / Emma - car mechanic.
