Draw a Bar chart for the following data.

AIM: To construct a Bar Chart for the given data using SPSS.

PROCEDURE:

Step:1 Enter the data in the Window "Data view" and enter the given data in the "Variable
view".

Step:2 Click on the "Graphs" in menu bar

Step:3 Select the option "Legacy Dialogs" and choose "Bar..."

Step4: Select the option "Values of Individual Cases" and click on "Define"

Step:5 Place the variable marks in the box named "Bars Represent" and

in the "Category Labels" choose "Variable" insert variable subject name in the
box then click "OK"

Step:6 Double click on the Bar chart and leads to open the properties window

Step:7 Choose the "Elements" option and "Show Data Labels" , leads to open the
properties window

Bar chart represents that Student's secured marks of five subjects and he/she secured
more marks in Subject 3 than other subjects..
