HP Financial Report(2016-
17)
Analysis
In fiscal year 2016, total net revenue from continuing operations decreased 6.3%
(decreased 2% on a constant currency basis) as compared with fiscal year 2015.
Net revenue from the United States increased 1.7% to $18.0 billion, while net
revenue from outside of the United States decreased 10.4% to $30.2 billion. The
primary factors contributing to the net revenue decline were unfavorable currency
impacts, weak market demand, competitive pricing pressures and the change in
the Supplies sales model. The net revenue decline was driven by decline in
supplies, commercial and consumer printers, commercial and consumer desktops
and consumer notebooks, partially offset by growth in commercial notebooks
DELL Financial Report
(2016-17)
Analysis
Profitability

Profitability is the relative measure

of profit. It compares how much
profit a company makes compared
with its overall revenue and costs.
By so doing, it enables you to have
a more holistic view of how well a
company is doing. There's no
better way to learn than to practice
yourself.
Liquidity

Liquidity refers to the ease with

which an asset, or security, can
be converted into ready cash
without affecting its market
price. Cash is the most liquid of
assets while tangible items are
less liquid. The two main types
of liquidity include market
liquidity and accounting
liquidity.
Assets

An asset is something
containing economic value
and/or future benefit. An asset
can often generate cash flows
in the future, such as a piece of
machinery, a financial security,
or a patent. Personal assets
may include a house, car,
investments, artwork, or home
goods.
Debts
Debt is an amount of money
borrowed by one party from
another. A debt arrangement
gives the borrowing party
permission to borrow money
under the condition that it is to
be paid back at a later date,
usually with interest.
My opinion
Dell computers are better than HP computers because according to my opinion
Dell has better quality and liquidity but HP does not.HP has better debt
management as compared to Dell company but it is not enough to some one to
buy these products or avail jobs.

So i thought Dell company has better oppertuinities so i would like to invest my

money in Dell company.
