JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY BY

TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

       We, MARIA GENESA VIDAL and KRISTINE BENECARIO, both of legal age,
single and married, both Filipinos, and residents of DAS, Toledo City, Cebu, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:
1. That we personally know CECIL I. ESPARAGOZA who was born on July 13,
1961 at Tibiao, Antique;

2. That unfortunately, in her Marriage Certificate, in her Baptismal Certificate and in

her school records, her name was erroneously entered as CECILIA instead of
the correct one which is CECIL;

3. That the said CECIL I. ESPARAGOZA and CECILIA I. ESPARAGOZA, refer to

one and the same person;

4. That we know the foregoing facts because we are neighbors of the above-named
persons and have known him for quite a long time already.

5. That we are not in any way related with the above-named person, either by
affinity or by consanguinity.

6. That this affidavit is being executed by the undersigned affiants in order to attest
to the foregoing facts and to establish the identity of CECIL I. ESPARAGOZA for
all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 30 th day
