Greetings from Cebu!

I’m sure you are surprised to hear from me today. It’s true I’ve been really
busy with my work here in Cebu, but I don’t see any reason why this should stop
me from writing you, especially on this very special occasion, your graduation
day.
So, friend, Congratulations! Finally, your long wait is over! Now you are
ready to face another chapter of your life – college life! I’m sure you are excited
about this new phase that awaits you. Definitely, you’ll be meeting more people
and will get involved in more activities, College life is an entirely new world of
experiences and fun, Of course there will be pains and heartaches, too, but with
your strength of character and determination, I do not doubt your capacity to
overcome failures and rise above trials and tribulations no matter how grievous
they may seem to be.
