ECOPEDIA 2021-2022

Minutes of the Meeting

The first meeting of the Ecopedia Club core for the session 2021-2022 was conducted in the
Microsoft Teams on 22nd July 2021 at 3 pm under the guidance Mrs. Pooja Mehra, the
Faculty Coordinator of Ecopedia, The Economics Club of Amity School of Economics.

Agenda
1. To discuss the structure of the upcoming events for the academic session
2021-2022 and plan the details of the event.

Minutes of the Meeting: 

1. It was suggested by the faculty coordinator Mrs. Pooja Mehra to increase the
number of participants to 50.
2. It was further suggested to delegate the work of the core team to other
members of the club to ensure mutual participation and to gain experience.
3. It was also decided that a student who wishes to be part of Ecopedia club, it is
mandatory for her/him to participate in at least one of the events, help the core
team in at least one event and attend all the events conducted by the club.

All the members of the organizing committee were present.
