Why Do I Deserve to be One of the 10 Outstanding Senior high school
graduates?
Success, according to Winston Churchill, "consists of going from failure to
failure without lack of enthusiasm," and while I never label my challenges as
"failures," I attribute my success to my repeated resilience in the face of difficulty.
Despite the difficulties I have encountered over the years—including depression
and financial difficulties—I have managed to graduate from senior high school
and maintain an excellent GPA. Because I have the fortitude and tenacity to
pursue my objectives despite any obstacles, I deserve to be recognized as one of
the 10 outstanding senior high school graduates. I was not born a gifted student.
Testing and assignments were always difficult for me, whether I studied or not. In
my senior high school, I only focus on studying hard to get a high grade because I
always think all the sacrifices that my parents are doing despite the pandemic has
struck in our lives that makes us financially unstable. But this hasn't stopped me
from dreaming and painting a brighter vision for my future. I know that to get out
of this situation, I will have to work harder than anyone else around me. Thinking
all the problem we are facing that time it inspires me to graduate my senior high
school and maintained my grades. Like my father, I knew I had to do whatever
was necessary to succeed and thrive. I am now entering the first year of my
bachelor of science in radiologic technology this year and I am dedicated to
succeeding no matter what, but nowadays it's becoming harder and harder
because I have to save every penny and worry about money almost all the time. I
fear that instead of pursuing my dream, I will have to settle for a low-paying job
simply to survive and help out my mom. But I don't want to postpone my studies
and wait until my siblings pay off their debt. I don't want to put everything on
hold. If I received a little bit of financial help, it would be so much easier for me to
go through college and become somebody. Why do I deserve to be one of the 10
outstanding senior high school graduates? I deserve to be one of the 10
outstanding senior high school graduates because of my hard work, dedication,
fantastic grades, and my passion to graduate. I promise I will make this money go
a long way and continue with my efforts to make the world a better place.
